Summary: Walked into this resort anticipating great quality with services and amenities! Glad to report after our stay that the resort exceeded any expectations I had! Everything was exceptional. The grounds/rooms are very well kept. The food/drinks are delicious! Prices are very reasonable! The staff here go above and beyond, from assisting with luggage, providing helpful information/resources not only about the resort, but the island and many excursions. Resort staff were in communication well before travel day to ensure your journey to the resort is smooth and seamless. The bar staff are SO great! It was a pleasure watching how well this operation ran to ensure all guests are welcomed and comfortable! I am looking forward to booking my next stay! This stay was our first time out of the country (United States), but at Coco Beach Resort, they do a great job of making you feel like you’re home. Thank you so much!

Summary: I loved our stay at Coco Beach Resort—it was perfect for our family. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. We visited in early November, the resort was wonderfully quiet and we had the pools to ourselves most days. The resort is very family-friendly, with lots of space and activities. The pools and hot tub were clean and spacious, and our kid especially loved the slide and rock jumping area. The outdoor spaces were lovely and relaxing. Our two-bedroom condo was large, comfortable, and spotless, with a kitchen stocked with all the essentials. Housekeeping came every other day, which kept everything feeling fresh. Coco Beach is about 15–20 minutes from San Pedro by golf cart, and you’ll definitely need a cart since nothing is within walking distance—we enjoyed exploring the island this way. We truly loved this resort. It’s one of our favourites for its comfort, fun, and tranquility. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxed stay on Ambergris Caye.

Summary: Coco Beach Resort was a recommendation, and I’m glad I booked our stay here. From the beginning the staff was very attentive about how we would be arriving to the hotel, and any accommodations they could make. Rooms were spacious and clean. The outside area of the hotel was beautifully kept clean. The pools were amazing my daughter had the best time. Rainer was the best, best customer service.
